Caledonia Declares Quarterly Dividend | Nation/World

ST HELIER, Jersey, 05 July. 10, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Caledonia Mining Corporation Plc (“Caledonia” or the “Company”) (NYSE AMERICAN: CMCL; AIM: CMCL; VFEX: CMCL) is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of 14 cents US ($0.14) on each of the Company’s shares.

The relevant dates relating to the dividend are as follows:

• VFEX ex-dividend date: July 13, 2022

• AIM and NYSE ex-dividend date: July 14, 2022

• Registration date: July 15, 2022

• Payment date: July 29, 2022

Shareholders with a registered address in the UK will be paid in pounds sterling.

Caledonia dividend policy

Caledonia’s strategy to maximize shareholder value includes a quarterly dividend policy that the board adopted in 2014. The board will consider future dividend increases as appropriate in accordance with its prudent approach to risk management.
